in 1958, engages in the operation, development, franchising
and licensing. It provides the site selection, assistance with
training and other services. Twin Donut, Inc. is the
Franchisor and grants the Franchise and signs the Franchise
Agreement with the Franchisee.
TDS Leasing, LLC .
Established in 2000, TDS Leasing obtains leases for Twin Donut
Store sites, subleases the sites to Twin Donut Franchisees and
manages real property for Twin Donut, Inc.
Spartan Built, Ltd.
Established in 1968, Spartan Built, Ltd. constructs
and equips the Twin Donut Stores. It offers financing to
highly qualified potential Franchisees.
